Do you offer maintenance after delivery?
Yes. Post-delivery support and retainer arrangements are available for software we build and infrastructure we deploy.
How long does scoping take?
For clear briefs, we provide proposals within two to five business days. More complex projects may require additional back-and-forth to scope properly.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. Mention it in your message and we will send one before any detailed discussion takes place.
Do you work on existing codebases?
Yes. We take on legacy system upgrades, migrations, audits, and ongoing engineering work for existing products and platforms.
NDAs and how we handle your information.
Every project conversation with Gbongos is treated as confidential by default. We do not share client briefs, project details, or technical information with third parties under any circumstances.
If your project requires a formal NDA before detailed discussions begin, we are fully set up for that. Mention it in your initial message and we will send a standard mutual NDA for your review before we proceed to any technical detail.
