We run two functions simultaneously: internal product development and external contracted delivery. Both share the same engineering team, the same infrastructure, and the same quality standard.

We own and operate Zaelo Hub and Zaelo Wears. These are active, ongoing businesses built and managed by the internal Gbongos team. They are not side projects. They run as real operations with dedicated engineering and product resources.
External Contracts and Projects
We take contracted work from external clients. This includes software builds, infrastructure deployments, IT systems work, and physical project coordination. Work is scoped, staffed, and delivered with a clear outcome and a structured handover.
Engineering Team
A core team of engineers, designers, and project managers handles the majority of technical work. The team includes software engineers, network engineers, cybersecurity specialists, cloud infrastructure engineers, and product designers.
Contractor Network
When projects require scale or specialist skills beyond the core team, we engage our vetted contractor network. All contractor work is coordinated and supervised by the Gbongos team. The client always works with one point of accountability.
